Leanne brings over 30 years of dental experience, including 18 years specializing in orthodontics. As our Practice Coordinator, she oversees the daily operations of the clinic with a focus on providing an exceptional experience for every patient. Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time at local beaches and parks with her son. Leanne finds it deeply rewarding to witness the transformation of a patient’s smile and the lifelong confidence that comes with it.

Christy has been a key member of the Beam Orthodontics team for five years. Outside the clinic, she stays busy curling, camping, and cheering on her children at their many sporting events. She finds it rewarding to build lasting connections with her patients and see the joy that a transformed smile brings from start to finish.

With 30 years in dentistry, and 20 of those dedicated to orthodontics, Lisa oversees our daily clinic operations and supports our LDA team. Outside the clinic, she enjoys visiting the local farmers market, walking her dog, and spending time with her family. She finds it rewarding to be part of each patient’s transformation and see the genuine happiness a new smile brings.
 

Nicole brings an extensive administrative background from a variety of industries to our clinic. Outside of work she enjoys cooking, hiking, biking, gardening, reading, and home decorating. Nicole is passionate about guiding patients through their treatment and seeing the positive impact it has on their lives.
 

Jesse has been a Licensed Dental Assistant in orthodontics for 4 years. In her free time, she enjoys slo-pitch, horseback riding, camping, and beach days with family and friends. Jesse’s favorite part of orthodontics is seeing patients’ confidence shine when treatment is complete.
 

Jackie has worked in orthodontics since 2004, with experience as both a LDA and in dental administration. Outside the clinic, she loves beach days, summer sunshine, and local wine tasting. Jackie values the connections she builds with patients, the social team atmosphere, and working in a clinic that knows how to have fun.
 

Robyn has been in the dental profession for 43 years, beginning as a chairside assistant straight out of high school. Outside the clinic, she enjoys yoga, Pilates, walking her dog, shopping, and spending time with family. Robyn finds it rewarding to support patients in building confidence and creating lasting smiles.

Andrea brings 37 years of dental experience to our team, with 21 of those years dedicated to orthodontics. Outside the clinic, she stays busy gardening, traveling, and exploring the outdoors with her friends. She finds it rewarding to help nervous patients feel comfortable and loves making them laugh during their appointments.

Jeni has been in the dental field for seven years, with the last two specializing in orthodontics. Outside the clinic, she loves hitting the slopes and skiing at Apex with her family. She enjoys supporting patients through every step of their journey, from those first-day nerves to their final amazing result.
 

Madeleine has been a CDA for nearly two years, working in both general dentistry and orthodontics. Outside the clinic, she is an avid hiker who loves exploring new trails wherever she can find them. Madeleine's favourite part of orthodontics - seeing the transformation of a patient's smile!

Sue has worked in the medical and health industry for 25 years, with the past 5 years in orthodontics. She enjoys hiking, photography, and interior design in her free time. Sue takes satisfaction in being part of a supportive team and witnessing patients’ smiles at the completion of their journey.
 

Keltie brings five years of orthodontic administrative experience to our team. Outside the clinic, she enjoys quality time exploring the outdoors with her child. Keltie’s favorite part of orthodontics is watching young patients quickly grow in confidence throughout their smile journey.

Beth brings marketing and creative strategy to our practice. Outside the clinic, she enjoys staying active, photography, home projects, and hiking local trails with her dog. Beth enjoys seeing the transformation of our patients’ smiles and their confidence come to life during their portrait sessions. 

Ashela transitioned into orthodontics after 17 years in real estate, bringing strong skills in client relations, organization, and communication. Outside of the clinic, she loves exploring the Okanagan through hiking, winery visits, and trips to the farmers market. Ashela enjoys helping patients gain confidence and being part of their smile transformation.

Judy has over 30 years of experience in orthodontic and dental practices, making her a trusted and knowledgeable resource for patients and families. When she’s not at the clinic, she enjoys golfing, camping, and teaching fitness classes. Judy enjoys nurturing long-term relationships and celebrating patients’ transformations on de-band day.

Madison has been a dental assistant for four years with one year specializing in orthodontics. She enjoys hiking with her dog, paddleboarding in the summer, and discovering new local spots. Madison finds it rewarding to guide patients through their smile journeys and see the transformations treatment brings.

Sheryl brings 20 years of experience as a LDA, specializing in both pediatric dentistry and orthodontics. Outside the clinic, she stays active with running and weightlifting, and especially enjoys skiing, golfing, and adventure sea kayaking. Sheryl loves the positive energy of our clinic and finds it fulfilling to help patients achieve a smile they truly love.
