Proper maintenance extends the life of your retainer and keeps your oral health on track. Follow these simple steps:
Daily Cleaning
Clean your retainer every morning before use.
The "Soap & Water" Rule
Use a soft toothbrush with mild, unscented dish soap and warm water.
Skip the Toothpaste
We don’t recommend toothpaste, as many brands are abrasive and can scratch or dull the plastic.
Use the Case
If it’s not in your face, it’s in the case! This prevents accidental loss and physical damage.
Clean the Case
Regularly wash your storage case. You don't want to put a clean retainer into a dirty case.
